Jiexiu Zhiyao Carbon Co., Ltd. was registered and established in 2003. In the same year, six pot calciners in the calcination workshop were put into operation, with an annual capacity of 6,000 tons.
In 2004, 1000T hydraulic moulding machine was put into operation, with an annual capacity of 10,000 tons.
In 2005, a 16-room roaster was put into operation with an annual capacity of 10,000 tons.
In 2007, a high pressure impregnation production line was put into operation, with an annual capacity of 20,000 tons.
In 2008, 2500T hydraulic moulding machine was put into operation, with an annual capacity of 25,000 tons.
In 2009, a 18-chamber ring calciner was put into operation with an annual capacity of 15,000 tons, and a 6-tank calciner with an annual capacity of 6,000 tons was put into operation in the second workshop of calcination.
In 2011, 4100T hydraulic moulding machine was put into operation, with an annual capacity of 40,000 tons.
In 2012, 20-room and 30-room annular calciners were put into operation with an annual capacity of 30,000 tons.
In June 2014, the series graphitization furnace (room 20) production line was put into operation with 20400 transformers, with an annual capacity of 30,000 tons; in November, the horizontal impregnation production line was put into operation, with an impregnation tank length of 10.7 meters, a working pressure of 22 MPa and an annual capacity of 30,000 tons.
In 2015, the first section of the machining workshop was completed and put into operation. At the same time, it has CNC electrode processing line and CNC joint automatic processing line, with an annual capacity of 25,000 tons.
In 2016, the packaging workshop was built and put into use, with an annual capacity of 60,000 tons. In December, the company's apartment building (bath and rest integration) was put into use.
In September 2017, two 24-tank calciners of the new calcination workshop were built and put into operation, with an annual capacity of 40,000 tons; in September, commuter buses from urban areas to the company were put into operation; in November, the tunnel kiln (secondary roasting) workshop was built and put into operation, with an annual capacity of 30,000 tons;
In January 2018, the second section of the machine-adding workshop was completed and put into operation, with a total CNC electrode processing line and an automatic CNC joint processing line with an annual capacity of 35,000 tons; in February, the company's office building (main building and auxiliary building) was put into use; in August, the new roasting workshop was built and put into operation (supporting filling material suction crane); the annual capacity was 25,000 tons; in September, the production line of inner series graphitizing furnace (28 rooms) was put into operation. With an annual capacity of 40,000 tons, 32,000 transformers and filler suction cranes.
In January 2019, the second section of tunnel kiln workshop was completed and put into operation; In May, the second section of impregnation workshop was completed and put into operation.
